2. Provide you with advice, support and services in relation to dyslexia and other neurodiverse conditions in education.
    

3. Send you information that we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these at any time.

We will not share your personal information with anyone unless this is explained to you at the time we collect the information, you give us your permission to or we are legally required to do so.

With your consent we may share information with third parties which may include: Specialist teachers, assessors or other professionals so that they can support you and Education Providers.

Any personal information you give us will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union, including the United Kingdom and we are responsible as controller or processor of that personal information.

How long will we hold your personal information?

We will hold your information for as long as is needed to provide you with the services that you have requested.  We are required to keep diagnostic assessment reports up to the age of 25 for children under 18.
